Our story

In the first years of its activity, the production and commercial efforts allowed the dESIGNoBJECT to expand its market beyond national borders. Since 1995 the company has built a strong professional network with important European companies, introducing to the Italian market brands like the Danish ESSEY by John Brauer and the German RAUMGESTALT by Jutta Rothe. Over the years the richness of the dESIGNoBJECT product catalog, alongside with the Essey and Raumgestalt catalogs have been one of the best options in European home design. Since the very beginning, the dESIGNoBJECT has stood out for the creation of unconventional design accessories. The participation to national and international design fairs has facilitated the distribution of its products in design stores and museum bookshops.

In the early 2000s, in addition to the production of wall clocks and magnetic boards, the dESIGNoBJECT started creating gadgets for companies, museums and bookshops. In 2017 the company founder, Giorgio Havis Marchetto, handed it over to his colleague and friend Carmine Sessa. Architect Sessa embraced the founder’s legacy to tackle the following market changes with great energy and enthusiasm.

""

Our mission

The optimization of the supply chain, the use of sustainable and low-impact production techniques and a greater focus on customer service are the key points of the new management. Now clients can communicate online with our designers and professionals and receive personalized advice. They can browse the catalog and shop online. In addition, innovative CNC machinery rapidly manufacture prototypes and customized products both for companies and private clients.

Our store

In 2020 the company opened a workshop in Selvazzano Dentro (PD), where Architect Sessa welcomes clients and visitors and shares information and details about our products.

""
