Hand-Screened Clock

Screen printing is the artisanal-artistic technique we use to produce small series of clocks and magnetic boards. Each dESIGNoBJECT product is the result of high technical and aesthetic craftsmanship. Small imperfections and color variations are not defects but unique features of each piece due to the manual processes.

dESIGNoBJECT products are not standardized; they aim to be UNIQUE and ORIGINAL.

Handcrafted Calamine Steel Clock

The “Classic” wall clock is made of hand-screened and laser-cut Black Calamine steel sheet.

Black Calamine Steel is a sought-after and unconventional material. Calamine is the oxide layer that forms on the surface of steel products during hot working processes. The steel sheet used for this new clock, therefore, has chromatic irregularities and “flames” that make each product unique with an industrial charm.

“Classic Clock,” like all clocks from the dESIGNoBJECT collection, is a handcrafted product made with meticulous attention to detail and the finest materials.

What elevates the wall clock to a superior level compared to many other products on the market is the screen printing, meticulously done by hand in our workshop.
